The Damage

A Fake Review Isn't
An Insult. It's A Bill.

It sits at the top of your profile, it drags your average down, and it costs you customers every month it stays up. Nobody puts a number on it, so nobody deals with it.

01 / THE AVERAGE

One Star Moves
The Whole Number

The fewer reviews you have, the more each fake one hurts. At 60 reviews a single one-star costs you more than four five-stars gain you.

02 / THE RANKING

The Map Pack
Sorts On Rating

Three businesses show up when someone searches. The highest-rated one gets the click. That fraction of a star is the whole difference.

03 / THE READ

They Read The
Bad One First

People sort by lowest. A competitor’s fake one-star is the first thing your next customer reads about you, before a single real review.

The Honest Part

It's Not About Who
Wrote It. It's About
What It Says.

Google removes reviews that violate its content policies — and a real customer can violate them just as easily as a bot can. What matters is the content, not whether they were in your system. Here's how the odds actually break down.

Strong Case

Clear policy violations

  • Reviewer was never a customer — no invoice, no appointment, no record of them anywhere
  • Posted by a competitor or a former employee
  • Bot or spam accounts, repeated or copy-pasted text
  • Profanity, personal attacks, harassment, or naming your staff
  • Off-topic — a rant about something you had nothing to do with
  • States something as fact that provably never happened, even from a real customer
  • Describes services you don't offer or a location that isn't yours
  • Left as leverage — refund me or I'll tank your rating
  • Posted for payment or as part of a coordinated attack

Longer Odds

Still worth filing — you only pay if it works

  • A calm, accurate account of something that genuinely went wrong
  • A one-star with no text at all — nothing in it to challenge
  • A straightforward complaint about your pricing
  • A refund or warranty dispute where both sides have a point

These come down less often. We label every review you pick so you know what you're backing, and since anything that stays up is refunded, a long shot costs you nothing but time.

The one thing we won't do is claim someone wasn't a customer when they were. Filing a false claim is how businesses end up on the wrong side of FTC rules on review suppression, and it's the fastest way to get a profile flagged. Every case we file is built on what the review actually says — which is also why they hold up when they land.
The Sequence

Two Minutes To Start.
Then We Take It From Here.

01

Find Your Profile

Search your business name. We pull your live Google profile — rating, review count, and the reviews on it — in about a second.

02

Pick Your Reviews

Tick the ones that shouldn't be there and add any Google didn't show us. The price updates as you go, so there's never a quote to wait on.

03

We Build And File

The moment you pay, we start. A documented evidence package per review, filed through Google's official channels and escalated to a human reviewer when the automated pass rejects it. Small batches, never all at once — mass flagging is what gets profiles suspended.

04

It Comes Down

Most resolve inside 14 days. Anything that doesn't come down is refunded in full. If a removed review returns within 90 days, we re-file at no charge.

Pricing

Priced Per Review.
The More You Have,
The Less Each Costs.

Paid upfront when you pick your reviews. Refunded in full on anything we can't get removed.

Fit

Who This Is And Isn't For

This Is For You If

  • You can point to reviews from people who were never customers
  • Your rating dropped fast and you know roughly when it started
  • You've flagged reviews yourself and Google did nothing
  • Customers find you through Google before they ever contact you

This Isn't For You If

  • You want us to tell Google a real customer never walked in. We won't file a false claim, whatever it pays
  • You want a guarantee that any review comes down regardless of content. Google makes that call, not us
  • You're looking for the cheapest option. Offshore flag farms are cheaper and they get profiles suspended
  • The underlying service problem is still there. Removal buys you time, not a fix
The Guarantee

It Comes Down,
Or You Get Your Money Back.

We only quote reviews we've already assessed against Google's policies, which is why we can put the risk on our side of the table. If a review we took payment for is still up when the case closes, that review is refunded in full.

What we won't promise: that any review comes down regardless of what it says. Anyone telling you otherwise is either guessing or doing something that puts your profile at risk.

  • RefundFull refund per review that isn't removed when the case closes.
  • Re-fileIf a removed review comes back within 90 days, we file again free.
  • TimelineMost cases resolve in 14 days. Large profiles run 30–60 days because we file in batches.
  • SafetyNo mass flagging, no bot submissions, no offshore flag farms.
  • RecordsYou get the full evidence file we submitted, whatever the outcome.
Questions

Straight Answers

How do you know a reviewer was never a customer?

You tell us, and you back it up. When you pick a review we ask you to confirm against your own records — CRM, invoices, estimates, call logs — that there's no job tied to that name. That documentation is what Google's team actually responds to, and it's why our filings land when self-service flagging doesn't.

Can I just flag these myself for free?

Yes, and for an obvious spam review you should. What we sell is the documented case and the escalation past the automated rejection, which is where most self-filed flags die. If your review is a clean, easy one, we'll say so and you can handle it yourself.

Will this get my Google profile suspended?

Not the way we file. Suspensions in this category come from mass-flagging — dozens of submissions at once from the same account, usually from cheap offshore services. We submit in small batches over weeks and escalate through official channels, which is slower and is the entire point.

What if the review is from a real customer?

It can still come down. Google's policies cover content, not authorship — a real customer who uses profanity, attacks an employee by name, goes off-topic, or states something as fact that never happened has violated the same policies a bot would. What we won't do is tell Google someone wasn't a customer when they were. That's a false claim, it's what FTC rules on review suppression exist to stop, and it puts your profile at risk. We build the case on what the review says instead.

Do you need access to my Google account?

No. We work from your public profile and the records you send us. We never ask for your Google Business Profile login.

How long until it's gone?

Most single reviews resolve within 14 days of filing. Larger cases take 30–60 days because we stage submissions. Reviews under 30 days old tend to move fastest, so send your profile as soon as something lands.
